Multifamily Modular Building Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with previous experience managing the construction process using Modular Building Methods. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all the site construction activities and City Inspections for the building scope of work. PRECISION GCC has a growth trajectory in the Los Angeles Region and anticipates many more projects of similar scope over the next decade.
Multifamily Superintendent Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on multi-story modular multifamily / commercial superintendent experience.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Previous experience with modular or prefabrication construction systems
- Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents (architectural, structural, mechanical, specifications, etc)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage the subcontractor relationships.
- Working knowledge with MS Project and electronic scheduling required
- Previous experience working on wood-framed multifamily construction projects.
