What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Precision Graphics Inc?
Precision Graphics is an electronics manufacturing company looking to add an experienced hand assembler to add to our team. We need someone who is able to build various assemblies including printed circuit boards and mechanical box build, while adhering to customer and industry specification and/or standards.
Responsibilities:
- Able to read build documentation and fill out necessary forms in paper and digital format
- Review and understand Bill of Materials (BOM) Production Floor Traveler, Assembly Drawings and Shop Floor documentation
- Hand soldering skills-Required
- Mechanical assembly which includes hardware assembly
- Follow written and verbal instructions from manager
Requirements:
- J-Std-001 certified or ability to pass J-STD-001 certification within 3 months of hire.
- Adhere to ISO work instructions and other company policies
- Attend trainings per manager
- Must be flexible to work weekends, overtime or work a different shift on occasion as directed by your manager.
