A rapidly-growing, elite, and patient-centered medical practice is looking to add a team player to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track, order, and schedule, as needed, biomarker/ lab tests, DEXA / full body composition scans, appointments as recommended by provider.
- Retrieve labs regularly from the portal, schedule appointment and prepare them for the provider.
- Contact patients via phone to schedule lab reviews and follow up appointments.
- Manage patient medication refill requests.
- Thoroughly educate and provide explanation of procedures to patients and family members as directed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Proven experience in a medical office setting required
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- BS/BA required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a medical office and/or customer service
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug and alcohol screening.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
