Overview: We are seeking a Medical Office Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily office functions. Ideal person would have some knowlege or experience in an orthopedic practice. Responsibilities: - Coordinate front desk activities, including patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and phone inquiries - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally - - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Manage office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping - Oversee billing processes and work closely with the billing department for accurate invoicing Experience: - Proven experience in an administrative medical practice or customer service role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in project coordination and managing multiple assignments simultaneously - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems efficiently - Previous experience in a front desk of a medical office or customer support role is preferred - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Experience as a medical receptionist would be advantageous J
