Precision HR is hiring a highly motivated, experienced Recruiting Specialist. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting as well as miscellaneous administrative duties. This position requires candidates to commute on-site to our Carnegie, PA office daily.

- Minimum of 2 years experience required
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Selfmotivated strategic thinker and doer who can work independently and with a team
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and implement full cycle recruitment process put forth by the corporate office
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions through various mediums such as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), online job boards, job fairs, social media platforms, and other professional networking platforms.
- Share great candidates with other team members or continue to stay in touch regarding future opportunities with our growing and expanding business
- Other duties and projects as assigned
