Ultrasonographer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasonographer to join our healthcare team. The Ultrasonographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, providing high-quality images for interpretation by physicians. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, as well as excellent patient care skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication abilities, and demonstrate proficiency in sonography techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality 3D and 4D ultrasound imaging of infants, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment in accordance with best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ensure that patient data is accurately recorded.
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and their families during imaging procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with relevant certification.
• Experience with 3D and 4D infant imaging is required.
• Strong technical skills in operating ultrasound equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic radiology.
• Experience in performing ultrasound procedures and familiarity with various sonography techniques.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in imaging practices.
• Certification in sonography from an accredited program is preferred.

Pay: $2,686.00 - $2,821.00 per week
