Precision Imaging Centers is expanding in Florida, and we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Guest Ambassador/MRI Tech Assistant for our Orlando location. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow with a dynamic and patient-focused organization.

Available Schedules:

• Monday - Wednesday, 7 AM to 7 PM
  
• Thursday - Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, Saturday, 8 AM - 4 PM
  

Position Overview:

As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming experience and efficiently managing front desk operations. We are seeking candidates with strong customer service skills and a passion for enhancing patient experiences.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, you will collaborate with our marketing team to promote services and engage with patients through email campaigns and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable explaining healthcare information to non-medical patients in our community.

As an MRI Tech Assistant, you will provide support to MRI Technologists, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort throughout the imaging process.

Essential Job Functions:

Guest Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Answer patient questions and provide information on procedures and wait times (35%)
  
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting patients and providing exceptional service (35%)
  
• Direct guests and manage patient registration (10%)
  
• Promote and educate patients about available services (5%)
  
• Stock refreshments and encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews (5%)
  
• Maintain clean waiting areas and perform general cleaning duties (10%)
  

MRI Tech Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist MRI Technologists in preparing patients for imaging procedures
  
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after MRI scans
  
• Position patients correctly and provide necessary instructions
  
• Maintain and clean MRI equipment and rooms as needed
  
• Assist in handling patient paperwork and documentation related to imaging procedures
  
• Monitor and restock MRI-related supplies
  

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Attend marketing team meetings to stay informed on new initiatives
  
• Compile and maintain reports as needed
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
  

Work Experience:

• Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or reception, ideally in a hospitality or healthcare
  
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a medical assistant is a plus
  

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify information for patients
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and sitting for extended periods
  
• Ability to occasionally lift items over 25 lbs.
