Mammography Technologist (Full-Time)
Location: Beach Boulevard Center, FL
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (3x12 Shift)

Position Overview
As a Mammography Technologist, you’ll perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities include adhering to physician protocols, proper patient positioning, and operating breast imaging equipment. This role may also require assisting patients with mobility challenges.
Essential Job Functions
- Patient Positioning (70%): Obtain high-quality mammogram images promptly.
- Quality Control (10%): Perform QC/QA on equipment as needed.
- Documentation (10%): Accurately complete patient history and exams in the RIS system to avoid delays in reporting.
- Scheduling Support (10%): Proactively identify and address scheduling issues.
Non-Essential Job Functions
- Uphold the Radiologic Technologist Code of Ethics.
- Identify workflow challenges and propose solutions.
- Stay informed about ACR processes and MQSA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked department for the next shift.
- Foster a respectful and collaborative workplace environment.
- Anticipate departmental needs and act proactively.
- Take accountability for results and timelines.
Requirements
Education & Certifications
- ARRT registration in Mammography
- Florida State License
- MQSA compliance for Digital and 3D Mammography
- BLS Certification
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Mammography experience

Physical & Working Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Bend and reach to position patients effectively
