• Type responses and documentation accurately while maintaining a professional tone.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in English is required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail in documentation.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
