What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plating Operator position at Precision International?
Precision International, is a leading manufacturer of Down Hole Pump Products.
We are currently seeking a Plating Operator to assist in our Electroless Nickel Plating process.
Starting pay will be considered more for an experienced plating operator.
Hours for this position will be 12:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Thursday or 5:00am-3:00pm depends what shift needs more manpower. May have to work some Fridays depending on work needed done.
Job requirements:
- High School Education or GED Equivalent
- Perform all required duties in the plating process
- Insure all internally plating materials meet or exceed API standards
- Maintain and record chemical reports
- Maintain and record plating in process control sheets
- Maintain waste stream according to EPA & KDHE regulations
- Attention to detail is a must
- Assist in other manufacturing areas when needed
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the job is important
