POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing the marketing and automation processes, ensuring that all campaigns and communications are executed smoothly and effectively. This role plays a crucial part in driving client engagement, nurturing prospective clients, supporting both our conversion and revenue goals, as well as supporting our sales team through targeted, data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled user of HubSpot, both Marketing and Sales Hubs, and able to provide actionable insights through data analysis.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
HubSpot and marketing automation:
- Design and implement automated workflows in HubSpot to optimize lead nurturing, sales alignment, and customer retention.
- Create and manage email campaigns, from template design to deployment, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate data tracking, segmentation, and reporting.
Marketing campaign management:
- Manage, monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and workflows to promote the company's value proposition across all marketing channels.
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, directly or through agency outsourcing.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials to build brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Event coordination and outreach:
- Coordinate logistics and promotional activities for community events and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure seamless event execution and effective promotional outreach.
Other Responsibilities:
- Support the production of digital and print promotional materials to maintain consistency in branding and messaging.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall marketing and company objectives.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurturing strategies, and customer lifecycle management
- Proficiency in creating workflows, email campaigns, and performance reports in HubSpot
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and Adobe Illustrator software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently
- Able to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a can-do approach
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- AAS/bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, performance marketing, or similar.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
