Job Summary
The Facilities Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of our facilities. This position requires a proactive individual with strong mechanical knowledge and a get it done attitude to ensure that all systems operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will be adept at reading schematics and possess leadership qualities to guide maintenance efforts effectively.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including electrical, plumbing.
- Perform detailing of trucks, equipment, and spaces as needed.
- Conduct painting tasks on equipment as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Procurement delivery of parts, material, and equipment.
- Collaborate with leadership team to continually improve operational organization.
- Responding promptly to facility-related inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate digital records of maintenance activities and repairs performed through our software.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Experience in painting is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Leadership qualities to oversee projects and coordinate with other staff members.
- Ability to clean and organize thoroughly.
- Ability to work independently and stay proactive.
