What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper position at Precision Lawn Care and Services?
Duties:
- Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Build and repair fences, decks, and other hardscape structures
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Remove weeds and unwanted plants from gardens and lawns
- Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
- Perform general groundskeeping duties to ensure a clean and well-maintained outdoor environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
- Knowledge of plant care, including proper watering, pruning, and fertilizing techniques
- Familiarity with operating hand tools and mechanical equipment used in landscaping
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Experience with tree trimming and maintenance is a plus
