Installation Technician - Sauk Centre, MN

Inside Out is seeking an Installation Technician to join our growing team located in Sauk Centre, MN! Inside Out is an authorized service installation contractor that partners with providers such as Arvig to install internet, television, and phone services in homes and businesses. Our friendly technicians are the face of the company and provide timely, accurate, and friendly service install experiences for our customers. As a local company, we pride ourselves on helping customers gain full advantage of the services they have purchased.

No experience is necessary, we provide all job and safety training needed to perform job duties! Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, professional, customer-focused, and interested in learning more about electronics and IP (internet protocol).

What you bring:

• A positive, customer-focused attitude; in-person customer service experience preferred
• A basic understanding of electronics and good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies; Basic knowledge of telecommunication equipment and installation is a plus!
• Willingness to obtain “Registered Unlicensed” and “PLT” certifications
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work independently, good organizational and time management skills
• Clear background and driving record
• Willingness to work indoors (in customers' homes and businesses) and outdoors
