Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or issues in product quality
- Follow FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality control or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 and/or ISO 13485 standards
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends or issues is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
