Job Description

Schedule:
The current work schedule is 4:30 PM-3:00am Monday - Thursday. Also have 2nd Shift 4:30pm- 3:00am Subject to change at discretion of employer according to production.
Pay Rate Range: $14.00 – 16.50 Hourly
Job Summary
o Preparing and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
o Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
Essential Functions of Job
- Sets up router table to ensure proper part location and vacuum hold down.
- Starts router and monitors dimensions of processed wood stock to verify conformance to specifications using ruler and caliper.
- Inspects materials before and after cutting.
- Off bears cut product.
- Pushes stock to / from machine.
Education and Qualifications
- One to three years of experience operating a CNC router in an industrial environment.
- Able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Constant standing. frequent walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending at waist.
- Able to read and understand a shop tag.
- Able to read a caliper and tape measure.
