Job Description
Principle Responsibilities
Performs clerical duties in accordance with office-related procedures and company policies.
Standard Duties
Performs clerical duties in accordance with office-related policies and procedures.
Drafts procedures, such as, word processing, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, reception area, subcontract and contract administration, and other clerical services, for others to review and approve.
Enters job cost and billing data into automated accounting system. Submits invoices to customers.
Calls customers to collect overdue receipts.
Assists Human Resources department with document control, the onboarding process, and other hiring and termination procedures.
Assists payroll department with time entry.
Knowledge of office and clerical policies; computers; filing; word processing; telephone systems; accounting procedures.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to establish good rapport with department staff, personnel, and others.
Requirements
High School graduate. Three years minimum experience in office administration. Must have excellent computer skills with Word and Excel.
Capabilities
Knowledge of office and clerical policies; computers; filing; word processing; telephone systems; accounting procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to establish good rapport with department staff, personnel, and others.
Physical Requirements
Capable of striking keys on a computer keyboard. Using a computer mouse. Lifting up to 25 lbs. Viewing displays on a computer monitor.

Computer, peripherals, telephone system, usual office equipment

Pay Range: $22.00-$25.00/hr
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’) Political Asylee, or Refugee.
