This is a remote position.

To maintain and enhance this standard, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strategic business mindset and a proven track record in managing multiple departments to maximize productivity. This individual will play a critical leadership role in Human Resources (HR), Administration, Information Technology (IT), and Finance , ensuring that PMB’s operational infrastructure supports the company’s strategic goals in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold operational excellence.
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance internal capacity.
Ensure that all operational activities remain on time and within budget .
Oversee inventory management to optimize resource allocation.
Manage data collection and update key performance metrics to achieve productivity targets.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance proprietary tools and systems.
Eliminate operational errors and improve customer service through data-driven decision-making
Identify cost-saving opportunities to increase operational efficiency .

Team Leadership & Workforce Management

Oversee the HR, Finance, IT, and Administration departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Lead, motivate, and support a remote team in a time-sensitive and demanding environment.

Develop career growth plans for direct reports and facilitate performance management .

Resolve team challenges and foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability .

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and operational standards .

Act as a key liaison between departments to streamline internal processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field ( Master’s preferred ).

3 years of experience in operations management.

Proven experience overseeing finance, technology, HR, and administration departments .

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills .

Expertise in process improvement, budgeting, and data analysis .
