Job Description/Who You Are
Precision Medical, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated janitor to keep the facility clean and functional.
Responsibilities
· Perform general labor tasks, such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting and stocking supplies.
· Clean restrooms and cafeterias.
· Scrub, sanitize and supply restroom facilities.
· Sweep, mop, dust racks, yard and building maintenance among other janitorial duties.
· Gather and empty trash from all areas.
· Operate electric floor scrubber and other equipment.
· Dust furniture, walls and equipment.
· Clean windows, mirrors and partitions with soap and other cleaners.
· Shampoo or steam clean carpets and rugs.
· Clean and polish fixtures and furniture.
· Manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
· Report maintenance problems in an accurate and timely matter.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent/experience preferred.
· 2 years of janitorial experience is desirable.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
· Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team in a professional manner.
· Ability to lift and / or move up to 40 lbs.
