Job Title : Regulatory and Compliance Counsel
Location : Bethesda, Maryland, USA
Salary : $190,000 - $225,000 USD (plus discretionary annual bonus and other benefits)
Experience : 5-7 years practicing law, prior law firm and in-house counsel experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to provide legal support and ensure compliance with various global laws and policies
- Monitor, analyze, and provide risk-informed legal advice on laws such as government procurement, false claims, anti-bribery, privacy, and more
- Assist with developing and managing processes to improve efficiency and risk management
- Conduct training on legal and compliance topics
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and communicate with stakeholders to manage risks
- Assist with contract reviews and IP-related matters
- Support best practices and compliance with global data privacy legislation
