Job Overview:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Must have proven track record of estimating profitable and consistently successful projects
- Analyzes and interprets architectural documents/blueprints to determine scope of work and take-offs.
- Analyzes blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Negotiates with the ability to engage effectively with vendors and clients, attending meetings with staff, architects, and clients.
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of external professionals and in-house staff.
- Proficient with Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Provide customer support as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 years previous experience as a Millwork Estimator.
- Strong knowledge of Interior Millwork and construction.
- Able to read architectural drawings/blueprints.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are necessary.
- Sound judgement, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $60.00 per hour
