Environmental Technician
Department : Operations
Reports to : Project Manager
Position Summary : The Environmental Technician conducts various activities related to a multitude of environmental projects. Technicians are also required to inspect, use, and care for equipment while ensuring a clean and presentable jobsite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Knows, understands, and promotes company’s Core Values
- Participate in Daily Tailgate Meetings
- Equipment Operation; inspect equipment and tools for appropriate maintenance, cleaning, monitoring, and performance
- Collection and documentation of soil and groundwater samples
- Safely load and transport waste
- Knowledge and proper use of field equipment
- Adhere to QA / QC procedures
- Ensure Safe Work Practices
- Other duties as assigned
