We are seeking a Technical Program Manager - Software & AI. As a TPM, you will be driving the technical execution of the software and ML teams, while working as part of the larger Precision program to deliver one or more medical devices.
This position is on-site at our Santa Clara office. We are unable to consider remote workers or people not currently based in the United States, and who do not have working rights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall software and AI programs, working with HW Program Management, Strategic Program Management, Product Management, UX, Clinical, Regulatory & QA.
- Form a deep understanding of the technical architecture and algorithms to be able to clarify requirements, drive technical decisions and trade offs while keeping in mind broader company goals.
- Create and update a SW delivery roadmap that keeps in mind overall company milestones.
- Manage the overall schedule by identifying and managing cross functional dependencies, identifying and communicating risks and putting in place mitigations.
- Drive the SW and AI sprints as scrum master, working with Product and UX understanding requirements and collaborating with the engineering teams to author technical stories.
- Manage cross functional communication of status.
- Drive adoption of regulatory processes on the team (e.g. adequate levels of documentation) while also seeking ways to simplify / automate.
- Post release organize / support customer support activities for the software.
- Manage the team budget process.
