What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a Service Writer who is as passionate about 4x4s and custom builds as we are. If you thrive in a fast paced setting, have a keen understanding of off-road products, and enjoy building strong relationships with customers, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, assess their needs, and offer expert advice on the best services and upgrades for their trucks.
• Estimates & Pricing: Provide accurate estimates, explain pricing, and ensure customers fully understand their options for customization.
• Coordination & Efficiency: Work closely with our technicians to ensure smooth operations and timely service, ensuring high-quality results.
• Job Tracking & Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest off-road trends, tire technologies, suspension kits, and truck accessories, so you can offer expert guidance and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expert Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of off-road parts, upgrades, and repairs, and you’re ready to talk shop all day with fellow enthusiasts.
• Experience: A proven background in sales, customer service, or service writing, with a knack for building relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Passion for the Industry: You’re genuinely enthusiastic about trucks, off-roading, and custom builds, this isn’t just a job to you, it’s a lifestyle.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Tekmetric or shop management software is a plus, but a willingness to learn and adapt is key.
• Leadership & Communication Skills: You’ll be working closely with both customers and our team, so excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting are a must.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
