Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 4 years of related dental experience
- Servant Leadership: Partnership and collaboration with team and Providers
- Recruit and develop team
- Manage schedule to optimize production
- P&L management experience
- 3-5 years' prior management experience
