Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists.
- Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain).
