As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in providing a welcoming and supportive environment. You will be responsible for managing the patient experience from initial inquiry to treatment completion, ensuring an efficient flow in the office while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
Schedule
- This is a full-time position in Antelope, CA
- Monday-Friday 7:45 AM-5:00 PM

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, accounts payable, or dental billing is preferred.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with dental management software.
- Highly enthusiastic and supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Compassionate, caring and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
- A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must!
Responsibilities Include
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
