Currently seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant to work 2 half days a week in Bakersfield, CA . You can create your own schedule (no consecutive days.) No weekends/holidays required.

We are looking for a mid-level provider that has experience in a skilled nursing facility and/or in PM&R, Neurology, orthopedics, pain management or a geriatric medicine. Experienced mid-levels strongly preferred. You would be managing patients' chronic pain and associated conditions at each facility. You will be ordering labs and diagnostic imaging when medically necessary. You must maintain accurate electronic records and notes.
You will not be responsible for primary medical/surgical concerns.
Requirements:
Ability to work as a team member
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
Familiar and skilled with using EMRs
Current, unrestricted license in CA
Valid driver’s license
DEA license
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $400.00 per day
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
