Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is seeking outpatient and inpatient Physical Therapists to join our practice in Santa Cruz, California. We have full time and part time opportunities. Bilingual, English/Spanish speaking applicants are encouraged to apply.
Precision is the largest PT owned physical therapy practice in Santa Cruz County. Our three locations are newly renovated offering open treatment space as well as private exam rooms and an expertly supportive administrative staff focused on customer education.

The job:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology in treatment sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physical therapy
