What You’ll Do :
- Lead, Motivate, and Grow the Team : You’ll be at the helm of a strong, dynamic team, leading by example and ensuring we hit every sales target, operational goal, and customer satisfaction benchmark.
- Drive Studio Growth : Collaborate with the Owner to develop and implement strategies that bring in new members, keep current members engaged, and boost overall performance. Your creativity and drive will be key to the studio’s success.
- Lead Sales and Marketing : Own the sales process, from generating leads to overseeing promotions and events that drive revenue. Execute with excellence to consistently hit (or exceed) sales targets.
- Foster a High-Performance Culture : This is not a job for someone who’s just clocking in. We’re looking for someone who’s excited about developing the team, mentoring staff, and creating a culture of accountability, excellence, and growth.
- Run Operations Like a Pro : From managing inventory and payroll to ensuring the studio is running smoothly, you’ll oversee all day-to-day operations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Bring New Ideas to Life : Plan and execute monthly events, specials, and outreach programs that bring the studio’s energy to the community, attract new members, and keep our current ones coming back.
