About the Role:
This role, as part of the operations team, provides work management clerical support for various gas operation work activities across Precision Pipeline Services LLC.
Primary Responsibilities of this role:
- Execute and be accountable for specific tasks (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic goals and objectives
Essential Functions:
- Promotes and assures a safe working environment and public safety
- Excellent internal and external customer service through strong and effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Accurate and timely work preparation tasks including post-job paperwork checks, taking measurements on job sites, electronic as-builts, closing out job orders on computer, maintaining job files and records
- Ensures accurate systems of record
- Effective prioritization of tasks to ensure customer, company and compliance dates are met
- Exercises judgment, within scope, to determine best approach to achieve desired outcome
- Utilization of various PC Applications along with Work Order documentation and creation of as built diagrams
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience with PC Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver’s License and Ability to Pass Motor Vehicle Record – position will require 30% time in field, company vehicle provided
- Strong written, oral, and analytical skills
- Ability to function in a team environment and collaborate within and across organizational lines
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in providing extraordinary customer service with internal and external customers
- Results oriented and possess effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and execute tasks with multiple conflicting priorities
Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position:
- Experience working with field operations
- Basic understanding of the utility industry
- Knowledge of the natural gas industry and general customer expectations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical data.
