The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Financial Advisor, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and develop tailored strategies.
- Provide ongoing guidance on investments, insurance, tax planning, and estate strategies.
- Build and manage your own book of business, with the ability to sell it upon retirement.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced advisors at PPG for mentorship and shared success.

Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications:
- Life & Health Insurance License, SIE, Series 6 or 7, Series 63, CFP® or CFA certification.
A Compensation Model Built for Growth
Unlike traditional salaried positions, your earning potential here is limitless. Our compensation structure is commission-heavy, providing significant rewards for your efforts, but it is not commission-only.
- First-Year Earnings: $75,000 – $175,000 (average ~$93,500, higher for career changers).
- Cash Bonuses: Up to $41,000 in first-year cash bonuses available.
- Long-Term Potential: Earnings in years 5 exceed most expectations—let’s talk!
- Residual Income: Earn ongoing yearly residuals on insurance business.
- Investment Commissions: Additional income from investment services.
