Role and Responsibilities
Our Financial Sales Representatives build long-term relationships with clients, guiding them to achieve their financial goals through comprehensive planning. Your expertise will span risk management, estate planning, investment and debt management, retirement planning, and more. In this role, you will:

- Provide ongoing advice on investment strategies, insurance options, and tax planning.
- Lead and mentor junior advisors, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Specialize in key financial areas based on your interests and client needs.
- Collaborate with other top Financial Sales Representatives to share insights and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to offer up-to-date advice.

Compensation Structure
- Cash Bonuses

As a Financial Advisor, your income potential is directly tied to your efforts and success in building and maintaining client relationships. This structure allows for unlimited earning potential—there’s no ceiling to what you can achieve, providing the opportunity to significantly increase your income as you grow your client base.
- High First-Year Earnings: New advisors can expect to earn between $75,000 to $175,000 in their first year. The average is $93,500 the first year with career-changers typically earning $100,000 - $150,000 year one.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience
- Entrepreneurial drive and ambition
- Proven success in relationship-building or client-facing roles
- Strong time-management and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and collaboration
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Strong Candidate Qualifications (Not Required):
- Life and Health License
- SIE License
- Series 6 or 7 License
- Series 63 License
- Certifications such as CFP or CFA
- Extensive experience in the financial services industry
