Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Mastery: Utilize your extensive scheduling experience to coordinate appointments, meetings, and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients and co-workers professionally and courteously, ensuring their scheduling needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous records, data entry and documentation, ensuring all scheduling information is accurate and up to date.
- Communicaton Expertise: Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients, providing updates and managing expectations
- Problem Solving: Proactively anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, demonstrating flexibility and agility in managing schedules.
- Initiative: Desires to proactively educate our clients about the benefits of services and equipment that will improve their comfort and peace of mind.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling roles with a single employer, demonstrating stability and commitment.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Speed and Accuracy are needed for this environment
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a track record of building positive relationships.
