Job Title : Residential Electrician - Journeyman or Master Electrician

Pay Scale : $34.00 to $36.00 per hr. DOE

Work Hours : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

What are we looking for :

Qualified candidates will have a positive attitude, great work ethic, integrity and a desire to offer an exceptional customer experience by using the latest technology available coupled with outstanding communication and care. Responsibilities :

• Install conduit, pull wire, and mount equipment, training apprentices to do the same.
• Maximize opportunities while on location to present any additional electrical related services that you deem necessary or beneficial to the customer.
• Look for opportunities to recommend other departments to the customer for pressing or future work and discuss these with the customer. Assemble and install small or large electrical parts and pieces.
• Safely complete in-home and in-office service calls.
• Trim outlets, recessed can lighting and other repetitive finish work.
• May perform hot work if qualified and trained with all the necessary precautions in place.
• Installation and wiring of generators, condensing units and boilers.
• Establish customer trust and rapport.
• Educate customers on their options regarding electrical solutions.
• Present financing options regarding walk customers through options.
• Responsible for leading communication between the customer and the office.
• Use electrical formulas to figure out pipe fill, device and panel size and disconnect.
• Lay out and organize assigned tasks.
• Plan materials and tools needed to complete the job.
• Read and understand basic blueprints.
• Handle material required for the job.
• Perform duties in a professional manner.
• Process all necessary paperwork and documentation between the job, supply house and office.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, work area and well inventoried truck
• Desire to grow the department and train apprentices to do the same.
