Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with stocking shelves and product displays
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide guidance on product selection and offer sales support
- Supervise and train new team members as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
