Precision Point Search is hiring a talented Project Controls Manager to join our team! As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Automation Systems projects across the New York Metro area.

About the Job:
- We are looking for a skilled manager with expertise in leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.
- You will oversee the development of project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans, as well as ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Your responsibilities will include collaborating with project managers, technicians, and clients to identify and mitigate risks, and providing technical support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.
- You will develop standards and processes to increase the overall efficiency of project implementation, and maintain accurate records of project progress and outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- You must have a Bachelor's degree minimum in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field), and 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong working knowledge of project management software and tools.
