Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary:

Precision Private Security is seeking a highly skilled Concert Event Officers (Unarmed/Armed) to join our team in Multiple Locations in CA. The Concert Event Officers (Unarmed/Armed) will be responsible for ensuring the personal and physical security of employees and visitors. This includes responding to emergency situations, maintaining order, and enforcing client policies.

Required Licenses & Certifications:

• Guard Card
• Exposed Carry Permit (if applicable)
• Baton Permit (if applicable)
• OC Certificate (if applicable)
• Teaser Certificate (if applicable)

Education/Training Requirements:

• Guard Card
• 32 hours of Security Skills Training
• Powers to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force Class
• Exposed Carry Certificate (if applicable)
• Baton Certificate (if applicable)

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 years of verifiable experience in providing security services.
• Age 18 years or older
• Former military or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screening and Access Control:
• Operate metal detectors, Xray machines, and other screening equipment to ensure no prohibited items enter.
• Direct individuals to appropriate areas within the event center
• Assist in evacuating the event center during emergencies following established protocols.
• Enforcement of Rules and Policies:
• Ensure compliance with security rules and regulations.
• Safely confiscate prohibited items and document as required.
• Communicate effectively with staff, law enforcement, and the public.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain professionalism and provide courteous service to all visitors.
• Address questions or concerns from the public in a respectful and informative manner.
• Report any malfunctions or issues for timely resolution.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid California Identification Card
• Active BSIS security permits
• Reliable means of communication (cell phone, radio, etc.)
• Reliable means of transportation
• Ability to pass the company’s preassignment screening process, including interview, drug test, and criminal background check
• Knowledge of security equipment and protocols.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong observational and communication skills.

Schedule:

• 6hour to 12hour shifts
• Day, Evening, and Night Shifts
• Weekends are required
