Commercial/Residential Cleaner

Job Summary
Precision Pro Cleaning is seeking hardworking and reliable house cleaners. This is a subcontractor position. Cleaners are required to bring their own cleaning supplies. You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work, and the locations you want to work in. We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs. Precision Pro Cleaning was locally built, is run locally and services locally. We want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans. Employer will inform the applicant of details on the first interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing as needed.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to ensure carpets remain in excellent condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with commercial cleaning projects when required, demonstrating flexibility in job assignments.

Skills

• Proficient in housekeeping management practices with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation methods to maintain hygiene standards in all areas cleaned.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.

Requirements

• Must have valid ID
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be willing to acquire general liability insurance
• Reliable transportation to travel to project sites.
• Must have own cleaning supplies.
