- Solve Complex Challenges: Utilize data-driven decision-making to address operational roadblocks, streamline workflows, and improve key performance metrics.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record in turnaround leadership and driving measurable results.
- Visionary mindset—able to see the big picture, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions that propel growth.
- Mastery of lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standardization, and Just-in-Time methodologies.
- Strong leadership and soft skills—able to inspire, influence, and rally teams around a shared vision.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high sense of urgency and the ability to execute at a fast pace without sacrificing quality.
- Data-driven decision-making ability, coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in plastics extrusion processes.
- Background in master production scheduling.
- Knowledge of equipment design engineering and collaboration in product development.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
