What You’ll Own & Drive:

• Lead with Impact: Take full ownership of plant operations—including production, safety, quality, maintenance, inventory management, and logistics—ensuring alignment with business goals and rapid growth targets.
• Think Big, Execute Smart: Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational scalability, continuous improvement, and sustainable success.
• Champion Innovation & Efficiency: Leverage lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and maximize productivity.
• Inspire & Motivate: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Utilize data-driven decision-making to address operational roadblocks, streamline workflows, and improve key performance metrics.
• Drive Change with Urgency: Lead transformation efforts with confidence, adaptability, and a relentless focus on results.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record in turnaround leadership and driving measurable results.
• Visionary mindset—able to see the big picture, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions that propel growth.
• Mastery of lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standardization, and Just-in-Time methodologies.
• Strong leadership and soft skills—able to inspire, influence, and rally teams around a shared vision.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high sense of urgency and the ability to execute at a fast pace without sacrificing quality.
• Data-driven decision-making ability, coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in plastics extrusion processes.
• Background in master production scheduling.
• Knowledge of equipment design engineering and collaboration in product development.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
