Job Description
We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer Intern to join our team. As a member of our design engineering department, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and engineering industrial ovens and oven systems. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining design layouts in our computerized system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain design layouts in our computerized system
- Research and engineer industrial ovens and oven systems to meet customer specifications and cost constraints
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing, design, and quality problems
- Stay current with new developments in the industry
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and experience with Solidworks, Pro/e, Catia, or Inventor. You should also have basic proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft packages.
