Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks with minimal supervision to maximize production efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our production processes and procedures.

Work Environment:
- 10-hour shifts, four days a week.
- Day shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
