Key Responsibilities :
Office Leadership : Establish and manage the new office, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Project Oversight : Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex land development projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Team Development : Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, promoting professional growth and a cohesive work environment.
Client Engagement : Serve as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
Experience : Minimum of 10 years in civil engineering, with a focus on land development projects and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Technical Proficiency : Expertise in civil engineering principles, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software.
