GRANTS MANAGER
Direct Hire role with our client located west of Pittsburgh, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working for a mission driven organization, this position will support the grant proposal process, assist with related reporting for federal, state and foundation grants
- Routinely meets with program staff and leadership to identify needs, suggest funding partners and propose strategies with both new and existing funders
- Prepares, reviews and submits high-quality grant proposals and expand the agency's grant portfolio
- Corresponds with individual donors with regular written updates, reports and outreach
- Reviews and maintains grant calendar to track all funding opportunities, timelines, key contacts and specific programming initiatives
- Works cross functionally with administrative, finance, HR and agency program staff for budget, descriptions and timelines needed for documenting grant submissions
- Other duties as assigned
