Who We Are Looking For.
We are looking for motivated individuals, with strong communication skills, capable of adapting to the various challenges a case may present. This individual will be motivated by helping personal injury attorneys put more money into the pockets of the personal injury victims. Here, you will manage specific components of the plaintiff’s personal injury case with no interaction with the plaintiff directly. Our team will provide you with the training and resources necessary for you to successfully report, track, and reduce health insurance liens, while encouraging you to draw on your experiences and produce your own solutions. The ideal individual will have a growth mindset, with a desire to advance in the company.
At a minimum, candidates should have the following qualifications:
· Three (3) or more years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
· Proficient multi-tasking, writing, analytical and organizational skills.
· The ability to manage shifting priorities and execute tasks on a deadline.
· Demonstrated a willingness to learn new skills, embrace a challenge, and a strong sense of self-direction.

What We Offer.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
