Job Description
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining relationships with the Company's existing assigned customers. This includes developing strategies for customer management, identifying and penetrating customers within the Company's defined market strategy, and providing sales forecast and marketing development information for business planning and long-term strategic planning activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- College degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or an MBA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role for a metal stamping or metal forming company.
- Hands-on approach to management and problem-solving.
- Strong sales and marketing and business development experience.
- Technical expertise in manufacturing and/or engineering.
- Strong understanding of quality control systems, including ISO9001 quality systems, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and SPC.
