Our California division, located in Huntington Beach seeks a Handyman.
Summary
Responsible for maintaining the facility’s infrastructure and ensuring that the physical plant operates efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform basic drywall and texture tasks and repairs
- Conduct basic carpentry tasks
- Handle basic plumbing
- Utilize basic electrical knowledge to repair lights, outlets, and run conduit pipes
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and scissor lefts as needed for facility tasks and maintenance
- Assist with janitorial duties, including trash removal
- Complete manual tasks, such as setting up chairs and tables for quarterly lunches, group meetings, or events
- Participate in water treatment
- Perform assigned preventative maintenance
- Other tasks as needed to provide functional support to the maintenance team
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Graduation from high school or receipt of equivalent degree (GED)
- Basic maintenance experience
- Certiifcation in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and scissor lifts or willingness to obtain
