Our California division, located in Huntington Beach, seeks a Human Resource/Office Admin Intern. This is a paid internship.
Summary
We are seeking a motivated Human Resource/Office Admin Intern to support our Human Resources and administrative functions. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes, office administration, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about HR and business operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and temporary staffing processes
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation
- Help maintain HR records and employee files
- Assist in planning company events and employee engagement activities
- Perform general office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling, etc.)
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support additional HR and administrative projects as needed
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude
