We are currently looking for an Entry Level Account Manager to support our clients' missions and our outreach initiatives by furthering our already established relationships within the community.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Complete client engagement and outreach strategy through direct introduction to customers in the community/region
- Provide brilliant customer service to ensure a positive perception of the client and their missions and services throughout every step of the donation process
- Assume a leadership role in assigned events or teams, with proper training in the Entry Level Account Manager position
- Oversee events and foster relationships with retail and local managers while ensuring top-notch customer service
- Attend all in-office meetings and Entry Level Account Manager training sessions provided directly by our leadership team
- Develop skills in coaching, mentoring, and supporting other team members
- Participate in the interviewing and onboarding of new associates
- Additional responsibilities as directed
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking and execution within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable working as part of a team as well as independently
- Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, and advertising is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the capacity for innovation, creative thinking, and problem-solving
