Certified Home Health Aide - Everett WA and Surrounding Areas
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8hr Days (*This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*)
- Ratios: (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard) , traveler will visit 5-6 patients daily
- Years of Experience REQ:1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience
- First-Timers Accepted: No
- Weekend REQ: No
- Certs REQ: BCLS
- Skills REQ:
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
- Open to accommodating block schedule? No
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50-75 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted: No - traveler must have CNA license
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off UP TO one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation
- System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50 miles.
- **Traveler MUST have HHA Certification and CNA License**

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
- Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
- Give medications and immunizations
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities
- Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year prior professional experience
- Drivers license required
- CPR certification required
Salary : $840
